At the beginning of September traditionally the "Alpabfahrt" from the Ueschinen valley takes place.

Programme
From 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. you can watch different herds coming down back into the valley.The farmers proudly present their beautiful adorned cattle at the Kander-& Alpstübli near the bottom station Sunnbüel. You will find traditional music entertainment and on a small farmer market where you can buy local cheese and meat specialities.
