Alpine Farming and Nature Theme Trail

Reading, observing, feeling and listening – twenty information stations on two circular routes will engage all your senses as both adults and children learn interesting facts about flora, fauna, geology, mountain forests, streams, Alpine farming and Alpine cheese manufacture.

Visit an Alpine cheese dairy along the way between 10 am and 12 noon. Sample spicy Alpine cheese and Mutschli.

Start at the Griesalp-Kurhaus post bus stop and select a day hike (1.5 - 2 hours) or a day hike (4 – 4.5 hours). The shorter route may be covered without any difficulties during bad weather.
